Sometimes if you want to see a change for the better,
you have to take things into your own hands.
Once you decide to be at the level of choice,
you take responsibility for your life and gain control of it.
If you don't run your own life, someone else will.

You're in control of your life
to the degree that you make the decisions.
If you let others make decisions for you, you have no control.
When you control the decisions, you control the actions.

Take charge of your life.
You don't have to ask permission of other people.
Don't give someone veto power over your life.

If not you, then who?
If not now, then when?

When you're sure you're on the right road to attaining success
you don't have to plan your journey too far ahead.
Don't burden yourself with doubts and fears
as to the obstacles that may bar your progress.

You don't need to know all your answers in advance.
Just have a clear idea of the goal you want to reach.
You can only take one step at a time.

Once you muster up the courage to begin,
you'll find the courage to succeed.
You'll get what you want if you go after it.

It's the job you never start that always takes the longest to finish.

Great things are accomplished when you believe
that what's inside of you is superior to your circumstances.
What you have outside you counts less than what you have inside you.

You're more important than any of your problems.
You're bigger than anything that can happen to you.

Courage is a special kind of knowledge.
It's the knowledge of how to fear what ought to be feared
and how not to fear what ought not to be feared.

True courage is a result of reasoning.
A brave mind is always impregnable.

Reality is something you rise above.

Having an intelligent plan is your first step to success.
With a plan, you know where you're going.
You'll know what progress you're making.
And you'll have a pretty good idea of when you can expect to arrive.
Meticulous planning will enable everything you do
to appear spontaneous to other people.

Your goals can only be reached through the vehicle of a plan.
One in which you fervently believe,
and upon which you will vigorously act.
There is no other route to success.

What do you want to achieve or avoid?
The answers to these questions are your objectives.
How do you go about achieving your desired results?
The answer to this will be your strategy.

A good plan permits you to frame your life
so that at some time in the future
fact and your dreams will meet.

Success or failure is often determined on the drawing board.

Seven Tips To Successfully Persuade Anyone

The Art Of Persuasion:
7 Tips To Successfully Persuade Anyone

The saying "No man is an island" is an undeniable truth. We
need the support and cooperation of other people to help us
in reaching our goals.

Successful people know that one of the most important
abilities to possess is the ability to persuade and
influence others.

Here are some hot tips to do this effectively.

1) Enter Their World

Try to put yourself in the other’s shoes and understand the
situation from their point of view. Set aside your personal
interests and concentrate on them.

Ask yourself if you are them, what would you do? What would
be your opinion? Then take the appropriate action that
would be beneficial to them.

2) Mirror Their Body Language

People feel comfortable with those who are like them. Copy
the person you are trying to create a connection with.

Observe how they act, how they speak, and how they think.
If they rub their forehead while they think, act like them.
If they speak at a clear and slow pace, try to do the same
thing. This is called mirroring.

In due time, the people you're mirroring will
subconsciously feel more comfortable with you. It's as if
they see themselves in you.

Proceed with caution, however. Do not let them be aware
that you are copying them. They might interpret it as
mockery and you'll just get into trouble.

3) Be Cheerful and Nice

Did your mother tell you to be nice to people? She was
right. People like others who brighten up their day.

Make a sincere compliment to raise their spirits. Little
things like these go a long way to breaking the ice and
setting the relationship off to a good start.

4) Be Sincere and Trustworthy

Make them feel that whenever they need help or just someone
to look up to, you'll always be there to lend a hand.
People tend to be more receptive to those they trust.

If you have a boss or client you are trying to please,
overdeliver and exceed their expectations. Soon, they will
notice your efforts and will be more than glad to grant
your request.

5) Provide Them With Compelling Evidence

Explain to them how your ideas or suggestions could be the
most effective techniques to implement.

Show them undeniable proof that you have the best product
by way of testimonials, before and after scenarios, and
detailed comparisons against your competitors.

Just make sure that all your claims are true and
verifiable. Always maintain a good reputation.

6) Show Them “What’s In It For Them”

This is the most important thing to remember when
persuading anyone. People are self-centered. They always
put their own well-being before others.

No matter how close you are to becoming like them or how
overwhelming your evidence is, if it does not satisfy the
"What's In It For Me?" test, your persuasion efforts will
not produce satisfactory results.

If you can prove that your proposal will provide more
advantageous benefits to them than to you, they are more
likely to accept it.

7) Genuinely Care For Them

Focus more on their interests, desires, needs, and
expectations, so you can satisfy their craving for
attention, and establish mutual trust and respect.

It also shows that you really care about them and that will
make them more likely to trust you and want to work with

Something you should know about

Something amazing has come up that I know you will want to know about right away!

I’m sure you’re aware of Randy Gage and the work he does. Randy is one of the preeminent experts on Network Marketing in the world today. He’s been a successful distributor, introduced the business in new countries, been a marketing director for a company, and consults with some of the highest earning distributors on the planet.

You’ve probably heard me recommend his “How to Earn at Least $100,000 a Year in Network Marketing” audio album before. It’s the number one selling training album in industry history. It’s been heralded by a “who’s who” of the top distributors of at least 20 different companies. And that’s why I’m writing you today…

Randy just replaced it! Based on his successes the last few years, developments like the Internet, and the dramatic changes in the marketplace, he wanted to create an all-new, all-fresh, nothing-but-how-to-build-a-HUGE-network resource. And he did!

This new resource is called:
Duplication Nation:
How to Build a Massive Network Marketing Direct Selling Organization

I knew you would want to know about it right away. It is the most advanced, state-of-the-art instruction on how to construct a huge, growth-driven network of distributors and customers ever done. You will learn the SCIENCE of building a large group. This powerful resource will teach you how to:
• Find quality prospects;
• Qualify them;
• Make compelling presentations;
• Sponsor them in a way that duplicates; and,
• Teach your people how to replicate this process!

This is the most advanced training on the discipline of building an organization that has ever been offered. It has twelve modules to teach you how to set up a complete step-by-step system to grow your organization. And if your organization already has a system in place – this program will teach you skill sets that work in your existing system.

The advanced training in the later modules on working in depth, keeping a group motivated, running recognition programs and how to deploy your leaders has never been shared outside his organization before. This is the powerful stuff that will show you how to build a network in the tens of thousands. Really.

You can get an audio CD version, a video DVD one, or my favorite, the Leadership Kit (Which has both the audio and video, as well as extra Study Guides, so you can replicate the training through your organization). All versions also come with a tracking chart, inspirational poster, flash cards, and extra counseling sheets.

And it’s what you need right now if you want to start out with some smoking big bonus checks. Really.

Your success is not a matter of idle chance,
it's a matter of making the right choices.
Success is not something you wait for,
but rather something you achieve with effort.
Things won't turn up in this world until you turn them up.

Success is neither magical nor mysterious.
The people that truly succeed in the world
are the people who look for the circumstances they want,
and, if they can't find them, they make them.

Don't sit on the sidelines, get in the game.
Your access to success has no real limits.
The great opportunity in your life is where you are right now.

Every situation, properly perceived, becomes an opportunity for you.
You have grand opportunities all around you.
Open your eyes, and you will find it.

If you have the desire, you have the power to be successful.
Taking continuous action is all that is required.

You must give up something to get whatever you want in life.
The greater the value, the greater the sacrifice that will be required.
Everything has a price.

You pay a price if you want to make things better,
and you pay a price for just leaving things as they are.

Nothing worthwhile will come easily to you.
Work, continuous work and hard work,
is the only way to accomplish the results that last.

You'll find no success at bargain basement prices.
